Kristine A. Boelte, MSPFP, CFP®

My voyage in the finance industry began in 2002, when I saw the immense power of financial planning not just to manage money, but to shape lives. Over the years, I pursued the credentials that matched the seriousness of this calling: a degree in Finance from Thomas Edison University, a Master’s in Financial Planning from the University of Missouri–Columbia, and the designation I am proudest to hold—CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

In 2015, after more than a decade of experience, I founded Kristine A. Boelte & Associates. It was both a professional leap and a personal declaration—that clients deserve advice rooted in clarity, care, and courage. In 2021, that leap grew into Boelte O’Hara Wealth Management, a name that reflects both evolution and endurance.

Every step of my career has added a tool, a perspective, or a scar that deepened what I can offer. Today, that means comprehensive planning, disciplined portfolio management through our Registered Investment Advisory, and fixed-income solutions through our broker-dealer, Purshe Kaplan Sterling. Just as importantly, it means close collaboration with attorneys and CPAs, because your best outcomes are forged when expertise doesn’t compete—it connects.

But the heart of this work is never just technical. It’s personal. It’s trust built over time. It’s knowing when to steady a hand, when to name the fear in the room, and when to point back toward joy. Financial health is a living thing. Like your physical health, it demands attention and care. And like life itself, it is shaped at the intersection of what we hope for and what we fear.

Dreams dwell where joy lives and fear threatens. My role—my privilege—is to help you navigate both.
